Damn nice Trixie sculpt. Doing all those stars must have been a pain but the end result was well worth it.

Thanks a lot!!! Yeah, I have always had a problem making symmetrical stars, whether is is drawing them or in this case sculpting them but i think she turned out pretty nice in the end...and don't think I have forgotten about Luna's night guard because I haven't, it's just that my life has been somewhat of a juggling act these last few months but I will get to it :)

Oooh I had almost forgot myself :P No worries take your as long as you need. At the rate of which your sculpts are improving the night guard will look amazing.

That's true actually. That G1 Butterscotch that I made as an FIM pony for my mom is a perfect example. She has asked me for one for a long time and i am glad i waited because it looks so much better now than it would have when she asked me for it 9 months ago!!!

Everything looks so smooth and easy on the eyes. :)
My only complaint is the her neck might be turned at 180 degrees.

I thought the neck seemed odd too. Otherwise, amazing sculpture.

Thanks! It's probably turned at about 165 to 170 degrees but that is the way she was in the picture that the commissioner provided [link] ...the only thing that was supposed to be different was the eye.

I agree with BlackCloakBrony somewhat, it may very well be the holidays, I mean it's only 2 days til Xmas now, ppl just may be busy with preparations and all,

I can safely say, that my comments to her were true, and I was not being biased to her just because she was my commission, as you know MPS, I have commented on your other recent works as well, so you can be sure that I speak truthfully when commenting :)

but... if there are any Trixie haters out there, they will answer to me! XD

Well, to be honest, I don't care that much when people don't particularly like one of my ponies that I made out of my own idea because I really don't have much imagination...but when the response isn't that great for a commissioned pony I don't want the commissioner to feel bad in in thinking people don't think much of their pony. So I want the commissioned ponies to get the best response.

of course you would want to, but you don't have to worry about me, I am fine about it :)

though, to be honest, since her return in Magic Duel, I thought she would of got more, her appearence in that ep was the reason I wanted to commission her in the first place, but I am not bothered about it, after all, I will give her the love and attention she deserves when she arrives ^.^

Well, I have found out over time that people are the most interested in something new when it is represented in the new style even if it was for just one scene. I am with you in selecting this version because this is how she will be shown most of the time but for popularity purposes, it would have been more popular in the new oufit. Dustysculptures made her in the new outfit around the time shat show came out and it was pretty popular.

I remember seeing that one, he even added a staff or wand feature, that was not in the show, but, if Trixie appears for the 3rd time, it is almost a guarantee that she will return in her usual outfit, besides that's what the majority know how she looks like, with her Great Hat and Powerful Cape, thus making the Great and Powerful Trixie :)

Yeah, I'm sure this will always be her normal look so to me is the best choice.

Thanks. You know what is funny about this one....I personally think she looks really good here. I try not to be biased because I made her but maybe i am>..I don't know. I do think she is one of the most accurate Trixie sculptures that has been made but again, maybe I am biased. What I think is strange is that even though I think and the commissioner think she looks great is that when I posted a different image of her yesterday it got barely over 200 views in nearly 24 hours. Thar is pretty much unheard of for my sculptures to be viewed that little in the first 24 hours. Even my OC ponies get more views than that! So why Trixie here is getting no attention is baffling to me unless she just doesn't look as good as I think she does?

She looks pretty badass. What you gotta remember too is that its the holidays so alot of people aren't as active here, so views will suffer a bit. She looks fantastic man =) Feel free to be dam proud of this one

That's always good to hear because it's hard not to be biased. Even when someone says it I often think they are saying it to be kind and they might like it a little but are over generous with their compliment so I always wonder. I do look around and compare mine to others and sometimes others make better and sometimes I think mine are better. In this case I think it is the most accurate. I think I got her form, face, pose, clothing and pretty much everything just about right so it is just strange to me. I was thinking it might be the holidays but other that that it is just unusual. Seriously...every single pony I have made in at least the last 6 months has been viewed more than this! I would like to think it's the holidays..otherwise..well, I don't know.

Yea that is odd. I'm gonna chalk it up to the fact that christmas eve is tomorrow and people are just busy with other things right now =) Give it time
